These terms are a contract between you and Jay Beckham, operating Auction Hero AI ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the extension you accept them. If you don't accept them, don't use the product.
Auction Hero AI is a Chrome extension that tracks live auctions run as posts in Skool communities: it ingests comments, uses AI to classify bids, maintains leaderboards, exports results, and helps you run direct-message follow-ups with your bidders.
Auction Hero AI is an independent product, not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Skool. You are responsible for your own compliance with Skool's terms of service and community rules while using the extension.
You need an account to use the product. Keep your credentials secure; you're responsible for activity under your account. You must be at least 18 to purchase credits.
Bid extraction requires an API key you supply from OpenAI or OpenRouter. Usage fees charged by your provider are yours, and your use of their services is governed by their terms. Keep your key valid and funded — tracking can't run without it.
The DM tools send messages from your own Skool account, at your direction, with content you configure, to people who participated in your auction. You are the sender. That means:
If you invite helpers to an auction or assign them to a campaign, you're choosing to share that auction's data with them. You're responsible for who you invite.
Don't use the product for anything unlawful, don't attempt to circumvent usage limits or payment, don't probe or disrupt our infrastructure, and don't use it to harm others.
Bid classification is performed by AI and may contain errors — missed bids, misread amounts, or false positives. The product provides review and correction tools, and campaign rosters must be reviewed before activation. Verify results before making financial or business decisions on them, especially declaring auction winners.
We own the extension, its code, and its branding. Your auction data and your message content remain yours; you grant us the license needed to store and process them to provide the service.
The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We depend on third parties we don't control — including Skool's platform, whose changes can affect functionality at any time — and we don't warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or lost profits. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.
You can stop using the product and request account deletion at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including 10–12) survive.
We may update these terms; material changes will be reflected in the effective date above and noted in the extension or by email. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
